Of course, we can provide samples for our customers. We will invoice the samples, but you can return them at any time within 60 days in their original condition.

We cannot return products after washing and/or logoing.

Due to special packaging, shirts and underwear cannot be exchanged or returned for hygiene reasons.
All models can be viewed in our showroom, but there is no possibility to try them on here.

There are no quantity restrictions for products kept in stock, including for home delivery.

If it is in stock, almost immediately. If it is available from the supplier's stock, it will take 1-2 weeks to arrive. If it is not in the supplier's stock, unfortunately you will have to wait for the new production to arrive, or we can replace it with a similar product.

Within Budapest, our own drivers deliver orders. All deliveries are preceded by a telephone inquiry to clarify the details.
Outside Budapest, Express One Hungary delivers packages. You can inquire about the status of shipped packages by calling the following number: 06-1/8-777-400
Delivery costs for orders under HUF 60,000 Net:
In case of payment by bank transfer/advance payment: HUF 2,000 + VAT
In case of cash on delivery: HUF 2,200 + VAT
It is not possible to pay by card upon delivery.

For new orders for branded products, we ask for a 30% advance payment

If you have any aesthetic complaints about the purchased goods, we will exchange them within 8 days if we receive them back in the same
condition as we gave them. We do not accept aesthetic complaints or exchanges for logoed goods.
We do not exchange shirts or discontinued products

It is advisable to check the goods received at our warehouse upon receipt. We will deal with objections if you check the goods at your own
location and notify us within 48 hours. If our inventory shows a surplus or it is otherwise
proved that we made a mistake, we will deliver the goods to you at our own expense.
We will not accept quantity objections if the shortage is reported at the location of a third party (your embroiderer, screen printer,
customer)

If we have not delivered the ordered model, color or size, we will deliver the requested goods to you at our own expense. We can take back the returned goods at any time, but we can only deduct the cost if they have already been returned to us. Please check the shipment before logo printing, we cannot exchange logo printed products.

We offer a 6-month warranty, as required by law, for all products we sell. In case of improper
use, the warranty will be void.

For hygiene reasons, we do not exchange or take back discontinued products, shirts and underwear.
Please only order if you are familiar with the material and have confirmed which size suits you based on the product description below the picture.
