Of course, we can provide samples for our customers. We will invoice the samples, but you can return them at any time within 60 days in their original condition.
We cannot return products after washing and/or logoing.
Due to special packaging, shirts and underwear cannot be exchanged or returned for hygiene reasons.

There are no quantity restrictions for products kept in stock, including for home delivery.

If you have any aesthetic complaints about the purchased goods, we will exchange them within 8 days if we receive them back in the same

It is advisable to check the goods received at our warehouse upon receipt. We will deal with objections if you check the goods at your own
location and notify us within 48 hours. If our inventory shows a surplus or it is otherwise
proved that we made a mistake, we will deliver the goods to you at our own expense.

If we have not delivered the ordered model, color or size, we will deliver the requested goods to you at our own expense. We can take back the returned goods at any time, but we can only deduct the cost if they have already been returned to us. Please check the shipment before logo printing, we cannot exchange logo printed products.
We offer a 6-month warranty, as required by law, for all products we sell. In case of improper
use, the warranty will be void.
For hygiene reasons, we do not exchange or take back discontinued products, shirts and underwear.
